A total of 25 pupils represented our school at the annual Primary Schools Cross Country Competition in the Finn Valley Centre on Wednesday, 16th September.
A huge well done to all of our runners who gave it their all and represented the school so well. A special congratulations to Ailbhe and Darragh, who achieved fantastic individual bronze and silver medals respectively.
Our U11 Girls’ Team also enjoyed great success, winning team bronze medals. The team was made up of Ailbhe, Sophia and Aimee, with Sloan also making a valuable contribution to the team.
Our U13 Boys’ Team narrowly missed out on a medal, finishing in an excellent 4th place.
Well done to everyone who took part. There were some fantastic runs, and for many of our pupils it was their first ever cross-country experience.
