Dear Parent(s),

Public Health Guidance: We once again, thank our parental community for their ongoing support and effective communication. We ask parents to continue to monitor symptoms closely and please keep your child at home if they are displaying symptoms.

Notification of Positive Cases: We ask parents to inform us if your child returns a positive test result and we will continue to inform all other parents. Updates will be provided on a weekly basis if we are notified of further positive cases.  

Confirmations: The sacrament of Confirmation was held on Sat 26th March. We congratulate all the boys and girls and thank them for their efforts in preparing for this sacrament. We thank Fr. Kelly for a lovely service.

Sacrament Dates: First Holy Communion – May 7th at 11am. The sacrament of First Confession will be held during the school day in the month of April.

Parent Teacher Meetings: Will take place on Wednesday April 6th from 2:30pm – 5:30pm. School will close early at 2pm on the day to facilitate these meetings. Times have been sent out to all parents, we thank Louise for co-ordinating all times. If you have any questions, please contact the office.

Fastest Child: Congratulations to Liam Patton (6th Class) who became the joint fastest child in Donegal. Congratulations to Tia Flinter (4th Class) who came third place overall. A fantastic achievement for them both.

Tag Rugby: Will continue each Friday, up until the Easter holidays.  

Swimming: Continues for all pupils from 3rd – 5th Class. Sixth class have completed their swimming block.

R.S.E: Relationships and Sexuality Education will be carried out this week in all classes. We encourage all parents to discuss these lessons with your child.

Cumann na Bunscoil: Boys and Girls from Scoil Phádraig will take part in a GAA blitz on Wednesday 30th March. Good luck to all our boys and girls.

Spar 5 aside Tarmac League: An internal Spar 5 aside soccer tournament will be held after the Easter holidays.

School Closure: School will close at 3pm on Friday 8th April and reopen following the Easter break on Monday 25th April.
